WHAT IS THE ETC LONG TERM ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?


At ETC, we understand that a good relationship with nutrition and exercise is essential for a young person's development.

Our expert coaches are dedicated to providing training that meets the unique needs of each individual, whilst fostering healthy relationships with food and exercise.

We believe fitness should be enjoyable, whilst making our young athletes stronger, faster, and more resilient - supporting them through all stages of development.

YOUTH TRAINING, DONE RIGHT

Our Youth programme is built on a foundation of Strength & Conditioning principles - highly experienced coaches lead each session to ensure safety and confidence for each young person.

Whether your child is just starting their journey into sport and fitness, or already well-established and looking to take their progress to the next level - ETC is here to help .

They need just the right amount of training stimulus, delivered in the right way, by the right people.

FULLY COACHED TRAINING SESSIONS

The basis of their training is an individually assessed. We'll create a structured strength and conditioning program to help your associated young person to become stronger, faster, healthier, whilst building confidence and educating them on the standards of lifting properly.

GOAL SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING

This is not a one-size-fits-all system. If you son or daughter plays a specific sport, or has requirements or imbalances, our team can tailor the program to improve their athletic performance.

The team at ETC have a bunch of experience working with young people and athletes a-like. TRAIN TOGETHER

All young people train in a small specialised coaching environment, with people of similar age. Together, they'll work out together and build friendships.

EDUCATION AND CHALLENGE

Education is a huge part of what we do, and at ETC we keep things honest. Building strength and movement competency can be difficult. But done in the right way, the rewards are vast; improvements in concentration, behaviour and demeanour are commonly documented.
