LESSON 1: THE RULES

These simple but effective nutrition rules form the basis of everything that we do from a nutrition perspective here at ETC - if you can get your head around these, then you'll never need to go on a diet ever again

LESSON 2: HABIT BUILDING

We're big on habits at ETC; we understand that they are the foundation of everything we do. Our habits decide whether we're lean or overweight. In this lesson we look at redesigning our habits and behaviours to set us up for success for the long term

LESSON 3: CALORIES

the amount of calories we consume and burn has a huge part to play in our results, so in this lesson we'll explain what a calorie actually is, where we get them from and how we can manipulate our intake to either lose fat, build muscle or maintain our current shape.

LESSON 4: HOW TO TRACK

In this lesson, we'll go through how to track food on My Fitness Pal. If you've never tracked before, then don't worry too much about accuracy, start to learn more about food and get to grips with what's involved. Get into the habit of tracking what you eat every day.
