LESSON 1: ACCURATE TRACKING

By now you'll hopefully understand the benefits of tracking what you eat, so in this lesson we're gonna explain some simple steps for tracking your food throughout the day.

LESSON 2: UNDER REPORTING

Everybody thinks their eating less than they think, and the evidence supports this. Studies have shown that people tend to unknowingly under report calorie intake, which can massively impact your results. In this lesson we talk about how to be more aware.

LESSON 3: INCREASING NEAT

Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis is basically any calories you've burn that isn't exercise. Think blinking, walking, tapping your pen whilst at work. Small increases in NEAT can have big effects on your results.

LESSON 4: FOOD ENVIRONMENT

Often, we set ourselves up for failure. The environment that you live in plays an important role in your success. In this episode we look at how we can redesign our home and work to support our goals and set ourselves up for winning.
